This document contains the rules and conditions governing the use of the l3250 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the l3250 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.
To use the l3250 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
- Be a legal adult qualified to enter binding agreements under Malaysian law.
- Not falling under any category prohibited by local law from participating in activities offered on this platform.
- Register only one personal account — multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- Providing true, accurate, and up-to-date registration information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
L3250 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate access for any user who fails to meet the above eligibility criteria without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is fully responsible for keeping their login details confidential, including username and password. You are not allowed to share your account information with any third party or allow others to access your account on your behalf.
- Update your personal information whenever there are changes.
- Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to customer support immediately.
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Comply with all gaming and betting rules established by l3250.
- Use a strong and unique password for your l3250 account.
- Do not save login details on shared devices.
- Log out after each session on public or non-personal devices.
- L3250 will never ask for your password via email or messages.
L3250 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account information confidential. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported the compromise to us in writing.
3. Payment Information, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the l3250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support several popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers (FPX), TNG eWallet, and other e-wallet options listed in your account’s deposit section.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
- Deposit: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in transaction freezes.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to successful identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may change from time to time.
- Wagering requirements (rollover): Any bonuses or promotional credits received may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Detailed terms will be provided at the time the bonus is awarded.
- Processing Time: l3250 strives to process withdrawals within stated timeframes, but processing by third-party financial institutions may take longer and are beyond our control.
- Disputed Transactions: Any dispute related to transactions must be reported to customer support within 30 days from the transaction date. l3250 will not be responsible for disputes reported after this period.
L3250 reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, balances may be frozen during investigation.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the l3250 platform only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission from l3250.
- Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform’s operation or technical infrastructure.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information related to the l3250 platform.
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Using an account to process funds on behalf of third parties without authorization.
L3250 Liability Limits
The l3250 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the extent permitted by law, l3250 is not liable for:
- Service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform use.
- Technical failures on the user's device or internet connection while using the platform.
5. Account Suspension Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
L3250 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:
- Violation of any terms stated in this document.
- Fraudulent activities, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
- Failure to complete requested identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
If an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, the balance may be forfeited. If closure is for other legitimate reasons, any unused balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to applicable processing fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l3250 platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software—is owned by l3250 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using any of such content without prior written consent from l3250.
Third-Party Links
The l3250 platform may contain links or references to third-party services including payment providers. l3250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
L3250 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via notices displayed on the platform or through the registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through sincere negotiations. If no settlement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
